You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and packing slips included.
If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos and contact us immediately upon receiving the item.
Please contact our customer service team via email, providing your order number and item details.
We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and a return address.
Please return the item along with the Return Authorization Number.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be processed through your original payment method. Please note that bank processing may take 1-3 business days.
Unless the product has a quality issue, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you receive a product due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
